For a quick pick-me-up in the morning or at snack time in the evening, a cup of hot masala tea is a necessity. You can easily turn it into a great snack meal by serving it with hot pakode or samosas.
Masala Chai’s ingredients :
- Cloves
- Cardamom
- Cinnamon
- Star Anise
- Water
- Tea leaves
- Sugar
- Milk
How to Make Masala Chai
1.In an even distribution, roast cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, and star anise in a skillet.
2.Grind the roasted ingredients together to get a powder.
3.In a wok full of boiling water, put the ground mixture along with the other remaining ingredients.
4.Stir and bring it to simmer.
5.Serve hot along with some tea-time munchies.
